Data Deletion Request
You can request deletion of your Ultrafield account and all data associated with it at any time. This page explains what we store and how to request deletion.
What data does Ultrafield store?
- Account data — your email address, name, user ID, organization, and team members, used to authenticate and run your workspace
- Audio content — audio files, streams, URLs, and related metadata you submit for processing
- Derived output — transcripts, speaker data, formatting, entities, sentiment, and other processing results
- Processing instructions — configuration, prompts, schemas, and other inputs supplied to a pipeline
- Integration information — API, webhook, and connected-service configuration
- Usage, diagnostic, and crash data — collected for usage tracking, abuse prevention, and service improvement
How to request data deletion
To request deletion of all data associated with your account, send an email to help@ultrafield.ai with the following:
- Subject line: Data Deletion Request
- From: the email address registered to your Ultrafield account
We will confirm your request and delete your account, your integration information, submitted audio, and derived output, subject to applicable retention obligations. Deleting your account does not delete source data or records held by services outside Ultrafield, which are governed by those services' policies.
Deleting individual workloads
If you need to delete particular submitted audio or derived output without deleting the account, contact us at help@ultrafield.ai.
Retention
Backups are retained for a limited period and are overwritten on a rolling basis. We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request itself, and any records we are required by law to keep. See our Privacy Policy for details.
