These terms and conditions apply to the Ultrafield platform and service (hereby referred to as "Service") created by CoVariant Labs Pvt Ltd (hereby referred to as "Service Provider").

The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Service is as beneficial and efficient as possible. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Service or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
The Service stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your account and access to the Service.
Your Audio and Processing Instructions
The Service processes audio and related instructions on your behalf. You are responsible for having the rights and lawful basis needed to submit and process that content, including any notices or consents required in your jurisdiction. The Service Provider is not responsible for legal implications arising from your use of the Service without those rights, notices, or consents.
Connected Services
Connecting storage, model, webhook, or other services authorizes Ultrafield to exchange the data needed to perform the selected processing on your behalf. Your use of each connected service remains subject to its own terms and policies, and it is your responsibility to comply with them.
Model-Generated Output
Transcripts, speaker results, extracted data, classifications, and other model-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a particular situation. You are responsible for evaluating output and applying human or application safeguards appropriate to your use case. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis, and the Service Provider does not warrant that model output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may periodically update their Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
